Who am I?

Happy 2018! We hope your new year is off to a great start. Today, we are going back to basic- Who am I?

Water is a basic necessity and one of the most important resources for the existence of all creatures on earth, whether it is an animal or a plant. This is not only because the human body is comprised of 70-80% of water, but trillions of cells in an organism cannot grow, reproduce and function without water. This implies that the quality of water can either heal or harm us.

Without good water, human beings cannot be healthy. One important premise in life is that "without water, there is no life and without good water, there is no health and well-being." This also means that one will suffer from various types of diseases without water.

Our body consists of cells, and 70% of cells are water. Similarly, blood is composed of 83% of water. The foundations of our body and life are cells and blood directly leads to illness, water plays the most important role in the condition of cells and blood not to mention our body as a whole.

"It takes relatively short time - from 30 seconds to maximum 20 minutes- for water to be absorbed in the body and give influences to each organ."

When a person drinks water, it reaches our blood and brain in less than a minute, skin tissue in 10 minutes, and kidney, liver, and heart in 20 minutes. In water circulation, mineral takes the most important role. Different minerals in water flow through blood vessels and enable organs to function properly. Therefore, the quality and structure of water is indeed vital to our health.
