What to do when you have toothache?

Of course, the best way to prevent such pain is to visit a dentist regularly and get a check-up. but, when you feel a slight pain in your teeth when you consume cold foods and drinks, you should avoid acidic foods, which can melt your teeth.

Our mouth's pH is 5.5 (slightly acidic) and thus, strong acid below this level may damage the enamel of our teeth. The acid causes demineralization, a process in which the minerals inside the tooth enamel are dissolved. If you sip a soda throughout the day, the bacteria in your mouth may be constantly producing acid and this can cause sensitivity in the short term and tooth decay in the long term.

Instead of drinking strong acidic beverages, change your habit into drinking healthy, clean Antioxidant Alkaline water. Drinking alkaline water will not only help you refrain from getting stomachaches (from too many acidic foods) but also from suffering from toothaches. Think wise and drink for the health and happiness of your future!

Love-Hate Experiment: How Words Affect Living Things

[Love & Hate Experiment] Check out our experiment on the relationship between words and water. In our office, we grew two onions for the past 3 months. For the one (left), we gave l ove and care with encouraging words like "I love you," while the other one (right) heard bad words like "I hate you" every day. Placed in the same environment with same water and air, the only difference was the words. Look for yourself how words influenced onions. See the water? The onion who was constantly being "hated" turned ugly and dirty. So, why don't you say "l love you" to yourself and your friends today!?

Find ouf the pH of Food You Eat: Acidity and Alkalinity

The pH scale shows the level of acidity or alkalinity of food/drinks you take, which means when you eat or drink something, pH goes up and down. A pH below 7.0 is said to be acidic and above 7.0 is alkaline. Acidic foods are often rich in sulfur, phosphorous and chlorine and alkaline ones are rich in calcium, potassium and iron. In order to maintain the pH balance, one should refer to the pH chart and make sure to consume foods that are in the mid-range of the spectrum. Also, balancing pH level can easily be achieved by drinking antioxidant alkaline water every day.

Water Secret: Mineral Water and Cancer

Mineral-rich water such as Antioxidant Alkaline Water is important for the people with cancer. According to Dr. Ingrid Rosberg of International Water Association, "There are high indications that most people with cancer are acid. If you don't bring mineral especially no bi-carbonate which is the most important ph-regulation agent in the body, you are at high risk." She also added that if you have mineral water with a lot of bicarbonate in it, it would regulate pH in your body. (On the other hand) if you have water without minerals outside the cell, it will leak out minerals. www.biocera.co.kr
