Find ouf the pH of Food You Eat: Acidity and Alkalinity

The pH scale shows the level of acidity or alkalinity of food/drinks you take, which means when you eat or drink something, pH goes up and down. A pH below 7.0 is said to be acidic and above 7.0 is alkaline. Acidic foods are often rich in sulfur, phosphorous and chlorine and alkaline ones are rich in calcium, potassium and iron.
